Magical Machu Picchu

If there is one destination everyone should have on their bucket list, it´s Machu Picchu. The ruins are a lost city of the Incas, and it´s a sacred place for the people of Peru. It´s one of the “Seven Wonders of the World”, and with such a title come expectations. Im happy to say that Machu Picchu definitely lived up to mine. 

Machu Picchu is breath taking in every way. It is truly magical when the mist from the jungle covers the lost city in the early hours of sunrise. Even more magical is when the clouds slowly disappear to reveal the ruins between Mt. Machu Picchu and Mt. Huyana Picchu.

Unfortunately, the batteries on my canon died during the trek, so most of the photos are taken with my iPhone (thereby the low solution). I hope you´ll still enjoy the beautiful scenery :)
